Heather started her real estate career in the Tampa, FL area in 2012 while their family was stationed there. After her husband Chris retired from the military in 2014, they moved to Eagle, ID to settle down with their family for good. Heather started as an individual Professional REALTOR focusing on all aspects of the city of Eagle and close surrounding areas. She went from being an individual agent to starting a team in 2017 while growing rapidly in the areas she focused on.
Heather currently focuses as the Lead Listing Specialist for Heather Ferguson Realty Group and is committed to providing uncompromising service for every client. Her team emphasizes communication, accountability, honesty and integrity. Heather believes in going above and beyond typical customer satisfaction. She utilizes professional marketing and has a widespread portfolio to show prospective clients how she stands out on her listings.
Heather closed over $41 million dollars of real estate in 2022. Her sales rank in the top 1% of local individual Realtors throughout Intermountain MLS in the Treasure Valley. Heather has also received the Boise Regional Realtors Circle of Excellence Award every year since 2015.
Raised in the Tampa Bay area, Heather received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Finance from the University of South Florida in 2000. Months after graduating, Heather met Chris who was stationed in Clearwater, FL with the USCG at the time and they were married in 2002. Their follow-on tours included Alaska, Alabama and then back to Florida along with the addition of four very energetic children. Heather still comments that being a Stay-at-Home Mom for 8 years was the hardest job she has ever had. Of course, in Heather’s own words, having four kids in 4.5 years’ time does sound a little wild!
Chris and Heather love living in Idaho and having a place their children call “home”. When the kids were younger, she stayed actively involved in Eagle Hills Elementary PTO and being “Team Mom” for football. In 2021 Heather was elected as a board member for the Eagle Chamber of Commerce and currently volunteers there to help support other Eagle business owners.
Fun facts – Heather spent 8 years of her childhood in voice lessons and theatrical groups participating in hundreds of concerts and competitions. She was voted the most dramatic and most musically talented her senior year in high school.
